Admissions Procedures
We view love in three different dimensions "Love of God, Love of Others, Love of Self".
To enroll for the current 2023-2024 school year, please contact the front office.
Welcome to St Francis Xavier Catholic School. Where we believe that love is the central Gospel message of Jesus Christ. We define love as any activity that makes us grow.
1: Visit the School
We offer prospective families lots of opportunities to visit our school to learn more about our enriching academics, spiritual and character formation with smaller class sizes, a nurturing community, and diverse student body. Please submit the Tour Request Form for more information.
2: SUBMIT APPLICATION
Complete our Online Application and all documents requested below. Applications will not be processed until the documents requested below are submitted.
Copy of Birth Certificate (All Students)
Copy of current Immunization record (All Students), only medical exemptions are allowed
Copy of previous year's and most current report card and / or testing (Grades 1-8)
Copy of Baptismal Certificate (Catholic Only)

First Penance Certificate (if applicable)
-
First Holy Communion Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of any psychological or education assessments, or learning plans (e.g. IEP), if applicable
3: REVIEW
After review of all documents, we will contact you regarding acceptance, denial, or if you are placed on a waiting list.

Students entering grades 6-8 will require a math placement test.

Students may require assessments and/or parent and student interviews prior to acceptance depending on their previous school experience and their report cards.

Students may participate in a part or full Shadow Day (not required) to get a feel for our school, meet future classmates and teachers.
Once notified of acceptance, you will receive all the necessary information to begin the enrollment process.
4: ADMISSION
Parent/guardian and student must meet with the Enrollment Team and Principal prior to full admission.
Admissions to Saint Francis Xavier Catholic School is made in the following priority basis:

Siblings of presently enrolled students

Children of St. Francis Xavier parishioners

Children of parishioners from regional parishes

Children who are members of a Catholic parish

Children of non-Catholic Families
