I was born and raised in Souther California. Played basketball and lacrosse competitively in High School. I graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I moved to Utah in early 2016, this is my first time ever living outside of California. I have been teaching kids how to swim for over 8 years and have coached many youth basketball teams.
I have a drive and passion for health and fitness, my current activities include weightlifting and crossfire. I am very excited to educate our kids about the benefits of health and fitness and show them how much fun it can be. I also have a background in Adaptive Physical Education, and I am excited to implement it here when needed.
